Pine offcuts stacked into a porous mass — the void pattern was tuned by watching the shadow, not the object.
A mass-and-void study built from pine offcuts. Two aggregations sit side by side on a plinth; the composition was adjusted under a raking light until the shadows, not the blocks, read as the primary drawing.
